Bad Luck, Better Than No Luck at all.

Andrew Luck has been talked about, and hyped up more than any QB prospect in decades. He has an NFL body, arm strength, and accuracy. Yet for some reason i think Luck will underachieve. Put it this way "people" say Peyton Manning ONLY won 1 Super Bowl. As ridiculous as that notion is to me , it seems to be a rather common statement. So what if Luck wins 1 Super Bowl ? What if he wins no Super Bowl (Dan Marino) ? Is he the proverbial bust ? Surely most would argue no way... maybe. One thing for sure though, he will be a rookie QB in the NFL. And no matter how good of a rookie season he has, it will be filled with ups and downs.
I am a fan of Andrew Luck , and i do think he will have a successful NFL career, but i wont be gassed up to believe hes the next Peyton Manning or John Elway. Like most QBs we wont know how good Luck is until his 2nd or 3rd NFL season, which is 3 or 4 years from now. No matter how his career turns out, he will be the #1 pick in the 2012 Draft. And whoever has that pick (indy) must take him or like Peyton Manning said to the colts front office before he was drafted " I'm gonna kick your butt for the next 10 years".
